How do I reset my password?

In order to reset your password select Forgot Password on the login page of FAN5. Type the email linked to your FAN5 account and select Send. FAN5 will send you a link to reset your password. Type in your new password and select Confirm.

In order to make your profile private click the Human icon in the far-right hand corner. Go to the drop-down menu and select “Settings”. Scroll down to “Account Security” and under privacy enable “Total Profile Privacy”.

Reporting & Blocking

Navigate to the user in question's profile. On the top right of their profile, click the 3 dot icon. Select 'Report'. This function will also automatically block the user from messaging you or viewing your account.
