My banking information is incorrect
Your payout cannot be completed if your banking information is incorrect. If you don’t make the necessary changes, your payout will be declined, and your payout frequency will be changed from auto to manual.

How do I get a refund?

How do I add my card to FAN5?
In order to add your card to FAN5 click the Human Icon in the far-right hand corner. Go to the drop-down menu and select “Payments”. Click on Add a Payment Card or the Plus Sign Icon to add your credit card details and billing address.

How do I upload my model banking photo ID?
In order to upload your model banking photo ID login to your fan account and make sure you have uploaded a profile photo & cover image. Navigate to the 'Banking' section in your account. Fill out all the information and attach a photo of your ID.

How do I see my pending balance?
In order to see your pending balance click the Human icon in the far-right hand corner. Go to the drop-down menu and select “Statements”. Here you can see your pending balance and your pending payouts.
